All sales are non-refundable. 

In the event that your button arrives damaged, a replacement for the same virtual race will be sent to you (while supplies last). If the race has been sold out, an alternative race of the same price will be offered as replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please send a photo of the damaged button to thevirtualracecompany@gmail.com.

For Canadian addresses, please allow up to 15 business days from date of shipment to receive your order. In the event that you have not received your order 20 business days from the date of shipment, a replacement for the same virtual race will be sent to you (while supplies last). If the race has been sold out, an alternative race of the same price will be offered as replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please inform us of the delay at thevirtualracecompany@gmail.com.

For American addresses, please note that we can not guarantee an arrival date for your order due to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. However, if you have not received your order 30 business days from the date of shipment, a replacement for the same virtual race will be sent to you (while supplies last). If the race has been sold out, an alternative race of the same price will be offered as replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please inform us of the delay at thevirtualracecompany@gmail.com.

For United Kingdom addresses, please note that we can not guarantee an arrival date for your order due to UK Border Force. However, if you have not received your order 30 business days from the date of shipment, a replacement for the same virtual race will be sent to you (while supplies last). If the race has been sold out, an alternative race of the same price will be offered as replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, please inform us of the delay at thevirtualracecompany@gmail.com.
